These Terms govern the use of this Service and form the agreement between you and MGLSHub. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. MGLSHub does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and disclose your personal information.

Use of Our Service

MGLSHub provides free online tools including calculators, a language translator, a community dictionary, a rent comparison tool and a software marketplace. You agree to use these tools only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Submit false, misleading or harmful content to our community dictionary
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Community Dictionary

Our community dictionary allows users to submit words and translations from Kenyan languages. By submitting content you confirm that:

• The content you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You grant MGLSHub a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, display and distribute your submissions as part of our public language database
• You will not submit offensive, hateful or deliberately misleading content
• MGLSHub reserves the right to remove any submission that violates these Terms

Software Marketplace

MGLSHub operates a marketplace where sellers can list software products for sale. By listing or purchasing software on our marketplace you agree that:

• Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their product listings and the quality of their software
• MGLSHub earns a 15% commission on every sale made through the marketplace
• MGLSHub is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers
• Sellers must not list software that is illegal, harmful or infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• All payments are processed via M-Pesa and are subject to Safaricom transaction terms

Payments and Refunds

Payments for PDF downloads and software purchases are processed via M-Pesa. All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

• PDF downloads are delivered immediately after successful payment
• Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless the product is defective or not as described
• If you experience a payment issue, contact us via live chat and we will resolve it promptly

Accuracy of Information

Our calculators and tools are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, the results produced by our calculators should not be relied upon as professional financial, legal or tax advice. Always verify important calculations with a qualified professional. MGLSHub is not liable for any decisions made based on the output of our tools.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by MGLSHub. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MGLSHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

Disputes Resolution

If you have any concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us via the live chat on our website. We will make every effort to resolve disputes quickly and fairly.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

The failure to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
